Five Point Data Systems warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in both material and

workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Five Point Data Systems cartridges have been manufactured under stringent quality control

standards assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the original equipment

manufacturer.

Five Point Data Systems will, at its discretion, replace the cartridge or credit the full purchase price of any printer cartridge found to be defective.

Five Point Data Systems also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use including operation of printer equipment within specifications) its laser cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any compatible laser printers. If a defect in a Five Point Data Systems printer cartridge causes a printer to fail, Five Point Data Systems will service and/or repair the printer by our Certified Technicians. This warranty is dependent upon Five Point Data Systems having satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defective Five Point Data Systems toner cartridge.

Five Point Data Systems liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as

provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
