1. FIVE POINT DATA SYSTEM WILL SHIP ANY ORDER THAT IS OVER $70.00 FREE OF CHARGE, USING FEDEX/UPS GROUND SERVICE. IF THE PACKAGE NEEDS ANY OTHER SHIPPING METHOD IT WILL BE AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
2. FEDEX/UPS CUT-OFF TIME IS 2:30PM E.S.T. ANY ORDERS PLACED PRIOR TO THAT TIME WILL START THE SHIPPING PROCESS. ANY ORDERS AFTER THAT TIME WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING DAY.
3. ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP FROM THE WAREHOUSE CLOSEST TO CUSTOMERS LOCATION PROVIDED ITEMS ARE IN STOCK.
4. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS FROM ORDER DATE.
1. ANY CARTRIDGE THAT HAS BEEN MISORDERED OR NO LONGER NEEDED MAY BE RETURNED USING THE RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) FORM.
2. THERE WILL BE A RESTOCK FEE FOR ANY MISORDERED OR UNNEEDED CARTRIDGES. THIS IS TO COVER INSPECTION AND ALL ADDED SHIPPING CHARGES.
3. CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED TO CALL WITH ANY MISORDER INFORMATION TO, 1-800-360-3282, AND OBTAIN AN RMA FORM AND AN ARS (AUTHORIZED RETURN SERVICE) LABEL. THIS SPECIAL NUMBERED LABEL (GOING TO THE PA LOCATION) IS THE ONLY LABEL TO BE USED WHEN RETURNING THE PACKAGE.
4. ALL INFORMATION ON RMA FORM MUST BE FOLLOWED TO RECEIVE PROPER CREDIT TO CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.
5. IF THIS RMA FORM PROCEEDURE IS NOT FOLLOWED FIVE POINT DATA CANNOT ASSURE PROPER CREDIT TO CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.

2. CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED TO CALL WITH ANY DEFECTIVE CARTRIDGE INFORMATION TO, 1-800-360-3282, AND OBTAIN AN RMA FORM AND AN ARS (AUTHORIZED RETURN SERVICE) LABEL. THIS SPECIAL NUMBERED LABEL (GOING TO THE PA LOCATION) IS THE ONLY LABEL TO BE USED WHEN RETURNING THE PACKAGE.
3. PLEASE INDICATE TO FIVE POINT DATA SYSTEMS REPRESENTATIVE THAT A REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGE IS NEEDED. AN INVOICE WILL BE MAILED FOR THE REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGE. WHEN THE CLAIMED DEFECT CARTRIDGE IS RECEIVED IT WILL BE TAKEN APART TO DETERMINE THE DEFECT AND A CREDIT MEMO WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY PRODUCT FOUND DEFECTIVE.
4. ALL INFORMATION ON RMA FORM MUST BE FOLLOWED TO RECEIVE PROPER CREDIT TO CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.
5. IF THIS RMA FORM PROCEEDURE IS NOT FOLLOWED FIVE POINT DATA CANNOT ASSURE PROPER CREDIT TO CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.
